Job Title: Construction Manager
Job Summary:
· Capable/Experienced in Managing contracts, contractual issues & Liaising with client. By delegation from the Project manager, the Construction Manager has overall responsibility for construction and installation execution on projects.
· Experience in brown field Offshore project is a must.
Experience to Manage Mechanical Handling / Lifting / Scaffolding Works for Installation of Electrical Equipment’s such as LV, MV and HV SWGR, Transformers and Cables in Offshore.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering.
· Minimum 15 – 15 Years’ experience on similar field
Responsibilities / Authorities (Brief):
Permanent representative on site with Customer Management.
Supervising the overall safe installation of the project as specified and determined in the Project Installation Procedure, liaising with Client offshore operations and PMT daily to ensure continuity of works and to report on progress.
Ensure that Permit to Work HSE Safety Standards, Management of Change and Task Risk Assessment are being implemented where appropriate for his area(s) of responsibility.
