Job Title: Sr. Estimation Engineer (Mechanical),
Job Summary: Responsible for all Project Control Activities for assigned Projects, Support to Tendering Department to prepare Planning Package
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 12-15 Years’ (6-8years in UAE with Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas exp. is must)
Responsibilities / Authorities (Brief):
• Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness.
• Organize / take part in bid initiation, pre-bid meeting and Site survey.
• Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission.
• Co-ordinate & follow-up to ensure pre-& post bid clarifications are addressed.
• Focal point for preparation of bid including follow-up, collection of input from various functional department, sub-contractors or 3rd party.
• Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of project.
• Ensure that Technical and commercial submissions are fully complied with all necessary details.
• Responsible to prepare/verify detailed MTOs / Quantity take-off.
