Marc Ellis Technology Group is hiring for Technical Project Coordinator (Location - Dubai) Immediate Joiners Required
The idealized version of candidate should have:-
Experience in working as project coordinator in Agile SDLC.
Administration & Organization
• Strong planning and execution of plans
• Follow through on actions with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong PowerPoint skills – needs to have packs to submit with CV as evidence of what they have done – there will have be a hands-on exercise to build slides as part of interview
• Co-ordinate calendars and ensure agendas are prepared in advance for all
• Assist Program managers on day to day basis and should be able to act assistant project manager for small BAU delivery demands
• Assist in following up with Digital PMO team to ensure relevant project intention milestones are met ( project code creation, SVM approval, SOW sign-off)
• Develop, maintain and follow-up on the project activities ( meeting minutes , action logs , risk & issues tracker , leave tracker etc.)
